All renters must sign and fax a Dapper Cadaver Rental Agreement to 310-444-9691 before engaging in prop rental.
All information provided in the Rental Agreement must be complete and accurate. The terms in the Rental Agreement are
bound by this document as a result of them being mentioned here.
Dapper Cadaver, BJ Winslow and Eileen Winslow are not liable for any
injury, death, property damage, psychological damage or emotional damage that may be incurred by the
User or any other party during the use of DapperCadaver.com, any item rented from Dapper Cadaver
or purchased from Dapper Cadaver. Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence,
shall Dapper Cadaver be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental,
special or consequential damages that result from the use of or the
inability to use, DapperCadaver.com or any product sold, rented or acquired from Dapper Cadaver.
If you are dissatisfied with our DapperCadaver.com or any Dapper Cadaver product,
your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue use.
If there is any dispute about or involving Dapper Cadaver, you agree that the
dispute shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without
regard to conflict of law provisions and you agree to personal
jurisdiction by and venue in the state and federal courts of the State
of California, City of Los Angeles. Either Dapper Cadaver or you may
demand that any dispute between Dapper Cadaver and you arising out of
this Agreement must be settled by arbitration utilizing the dispute
resolution procedures of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in
Los Angeles, California.
This agreement is effective until
terminated by Dapper Cadaver at any time without notice. In the event of
termination the disclaimers and limitations of liabilities set forth in
this agreement, shall survive.
