Donate to the Ed Wood Star Fund. The current fee for a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame is $15,000 to be paid by the sponsoring party upon nomination by the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce. Our official deadline is May 30, 2007. (But we all know that Ed could have raised $15,000 in less time than that, right?) Remember that $1 from 15,000 people adds up to $15,000. NOTE: If we do not reach our goal or the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce does not nominate Ed Wood, Jr. to the Hollywood Walk of Fame, we will make a charitable donation to the ASPCA in the names of Ed Wood, Jr. and Kathy Wood in keeping with the wishes of his late wife.
