Jersey Devil

Generally describbed as a flying biped with a long tail, long face, and horns, the Jersey Devil has been haunting the Pine Barrens region of New Jersery for over 200 years. Allegedly the offspring of a human and a devil, his mother called down the devil by saying "If I have 12 children may my 13th be the Devil." Since then he's been sighted and hunted many times, most famoulsy in a weeks long rampage in January 1909 known as the "phenomenal week" and the "infamous spree." Often blaimed for dead  livestock, and sighted as far from Jersey as Pennsylvania, he's the Eastern version of the Northwest's Bigfoot or the Southwest's Chupacabra.   Our Jersey Devil stands about 4 feet tall and is constructed of a replica skeleton covered in leather skin.
