Shipping Policy
Online Order Processing
All online orders require 1-2 business days to process. We are open Tuesday though Saturday from 12 noon to 8 pm. All orders placed on Sunday or Monday will be processed on Tuesday.
Prop Rental Policy
Before a prop rental order can be processed, we must receive a complete signed copy of our Dapper
Cadaver Prop Rental Agreement faxed to 310-444-9691. These agreements are stored in a
locked safety deposit box for your security.
Cancellation & Raincheck Policy
We process the payment for our online orders at approximately 4 pm PST Tuesday through Saturday. Our system does not allow us to cancel orders once they have been processed. If you would like to cancel your order, please call us at (323) 962-1924 before 4 pm PST Tuesday through Saturday.
If the item you ordered is out of stock for any reason, we will contact you by phone to either
issue you a raincheck or cancel the item order.
Special Processing Time
Some of our items (i.e. made-to-order corsets or movie prop rentals) require extra time to process.
This extra time is indicated in the product description of these specific products. When estimating the delivery time of your order, please keep this extra time in mind.
In Store Pickup
"In Store Pickup " is the simplest and cheapest way for customers in the Los Angeles area
to receive their online orders. When your online order is ready for pickup (usually within 1-2 business days), we will email you to let you know. Then, just come into our store at 5519 Hollywood Blvd. (just west of Hollywood and Western), and pick up your order at the sales counter. Our regular business hours are 12 noon to 8 pm PST Tuesday through Saturday.
Fed Ex Shipping
Remember that the FedEx shipping quote that you receive online is only an estimate and that estimate does not include 1-2 business days for order processing. Most products ordered online
and shipped via FedEx will take 3-9 business days to arrive. If you need a product faster than that, please call us at (323) 962-1924, so we can work on putting together a special rush order for you.
Other Shipping Carriers
We may use other shipping carriers to deliver orders as needed. You will not be charged any additional shipping fees without your consent.
International Shipping
Currently, we only support shipping to the United States through our online store. However, we hope to begin shipping to Australia, Canada, New Zealand and the UK in the near future. If you are based in one of these countries and need something urgently, please contact us by phone at 1-323-962-1924 to see if we can work something out.
Shipping Insurance
If your order is for over $100 worth of products and you would like to add shipping insurance, call us at (323) 962-1924 to make special arrangements.
Shipping Damage
If the box is damaged, do not open it. Refuse to receive it and immediately file a claim
with the shipping carrier.
Returns Policy
We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase,
please call us at (323) 962-1924 within 2 business days (our business days: 12-8 PST Tuesday through Saturday) of receiving it to obtain a return authorization number and instructions.
NOTEIf the item you received came in a package, you must not open the package if you would like to return the item.
All items with opened packages and all items sent back to us without a proper return authorization number are automatically ineligible
for refunds or exchanges and any subsequent chargebacks will be disputed. Once we have issued you a return authorization number,
the following will take place:
- If we mistakenly sent you the wrong item (i.e. wrong size or wrong color), we will exchange it for the
right item. We will pay the shipping costs.
- If you would like the same item in another size and that other size is available on the website,
we will exchange it. You will pay the shipping costs.
- If the item was damaged during shipping, you must file a claim with the shipping carrier as stated above.
- If you do not like the item or if you ordered the wrong item by mistake, we will exchange the item for
store credit. You will pay the shipping costs.
Return Policy Restrictions
- We do not accept any returns between October 13th and November 7th.
- We do not accept returns on any bikinis or lingerie items.
- We do not provide a maximum of 2 exchanges or offers of store credit per order and we reserve the right to refuse exchange or store credit if we feel our policies are being abused.
- Reminder: we do not accept returns on any opened packages.
- Reminder: we do not accept any returns without a return authorization number.
- Reminder: we do not accept any returns after 2 business days after you received the item.
