Dapper Cadaver manufactures, sells and rents death and science related props to productions, attractions, events and educational facilities worldwide.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Respond to clients via phone, email or in person
• Run the cash register
• Process sales orders and send invoices
• Setup and update client accounts
• Fulfill orders via shipping or in person
• Receive inventory orders and packages
• Photograph and take videos of products or the shop
• Communicate process and quality improvements to supervisors
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Complete daily logs
• Embrace a positive attitude in a fast paced environment
• Follow all Dapper Cadaver policies and procedures
• Other responsibilities as assigned by management

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred
• 1+ years of experience customer service or shipping department
• 1+ years of entertainment industry or forensic science experience is preferred

Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Good reading, writing, math and computer skills required
• Must be able to pass drug screening and background check if needed
• Must be professional while discussing products that depict nudity or graphic violence
• Appreciation for Halloween is preferred

Physical Demands:

• Light to moderate physical effort required on a constant basis
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Required to sit, stand, bend, grasp, twist, reach and move about the facility for an entire shift

Personal Protective Equipment:

• Protective equipment such as steel toed shoes required for specific tasks

Work Environment:

• Work performed in a showroom and production warehouse environment
• Contains any number of elements including but not limited to fumes, dust and noise
• Must be able to work as part of a team or independently with limited supervision
