How to open a rental account:
Send us signed agreements via email to email@example.com or fax it to (323) 843-9392.
- Download, read and fill out the required rental forms:
We will setup your online rental account and send you a rental login to see the weekly rental prices on our products online.
Login to your rental account and place your rental orders online. Enter your rental dates in the Order Instructions/Comments box.
Basic rental terms and rules:
- All rental prices posted online are 1 week rental prices. Additional weeks are 1/3 of the first week price. For monthly or longer rentals, please contact us for custom rates.
- All rental orders must be confirmed by a staff member before they are final. We double-check availability before finalizing every rental order to prevent double-booking. Your finalized order will be listed as "Confirmed" in the order notes.
- If the rental start date is less than 30 days away, we need to be paid in full when you place the order. If the rental start date is more than 30 days away, we need 50% when you place the order and 50% when we deliver your order.
- Net 30 rental accounts are available for qualified corporate clients. Contact BJ Winslow via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or phone at (818) 771-0818 for details.
- Student productions are eligible for 10% off. Please send in a photocopy of your student ID.
- How can I buy items from DapperCadaver.com if I have a rental account? If you want to purchase items, just logout of your rental account at the top of the page. The sale prices will show and you can checkout as a Guest.
- Why do I see some products marked as FOR SALE ONLY when I'm logged into in my rental account? Every online system has some limits, so currently there are a few sale items (i.e. budget bodies, mouth gags) which are visible within the rental system. They are listed at the sale price and are clearly marked as FOR SALE ONLY in the product description. If you add these to your cart, you will be buying these items and not renting them. Thank you for understanding.
