To maintain the safety of our employees, clients and colleagues during the COVID-19 pandemic, Dapper Cadaver will implement the following safety practices as we expand services in accordance with local government guidance.
To comply with the LA Safer at Home Order, Dapper Cadaver is closed to the public and engaged in manufacturing and retail curbside pickup only.
Orders may be placed online, by phone or via email during this time. Please note our extended manufacturing times.
Orders for in stock items and completed manufactured items will ship out or be available for curbside pickup on Tuesday - Thursday.
We offer curbside pickup of our products by appointment at the back gate on Ferncola Ave. Please wear a cloth mask for pickup. If your product requires a team lift to load into your vehicle, please send the right amount of people to load the product. Please also bring your own furniture blankets, straps, ropes, dollies or another other items necessary for loading. When you arrive, park in the designated parking spot or next to the back gate. Call (818) 771-0818 for curbside pickup service. Then, please stand 6 feet away from the gate opening. Our employee(s) wearing mask and gloves will drop off your product in the designated curbside pickup area for you to put inside your vehicle safely.
We have safety precautions in place for our employees, which include but are not limited to: significant social distancing in the workplace, mask & glove protocols, hand sanitizer & hand washing stations, disinfection routines and daily symptom checks.

When In Store Clients Are Allowed (Provisional Guidelines):
We will allow business clients (i.e. productions, attractions, training personnel) into the store to view the showrooms via appointment only. Please call (818) 771-0818 to book your appointment. Limit of 2 people per appointment. We request that clients look at merchandise only at this time.
- Pass a touchless temperature check. Clients with a temperature over 100 degrees will respectfully be asked to return home.
- Wear mask(s) and gloves.
- Certify that they have not been diagnosed with COVID-19 or potential COVID-19, they have not been informed about being exposed to COVID-19 in the past 14 days, have had no fever or flu-like symptoms for 3 days and provide their name and contact information if needed for contact tracing. This paperwork will be signed online via HelloSign.
- Touchless hand sanitizer is available at the front entrance if needed.
- We are reserving our bathrooms for our employees at this time. Please use the bathroom prior to visiting our facility.
- Pay for items online via Shopify or Xero. No credit card swipe or cash payments will be accepted at this time.
When Rentals Are Allowed (Provisional Guidelines):
We will disinfect all rental products prior to pickup using disinfectants that are effective against COVID-19 such as Lysol, Clorox wipes and / or 99% alcohol spray. We expect clients to likewise disinfect all rental products prior to return using disinfectants that are effective against COVID-19 such as Lysol, Clorox wipes and / or 99% alcohol spray.
All returned rental items will be taken directly to a holding room in our facility where they will remain in isolation for 7 days. Our online shipping calendar is set to add an extra week to all rentals for health & safety. If you are checking your booking ticket via BookThatApp, it will appear that you have an extra rental week. Note that this is the safety buffer. Please follow the rental dates on your order.
No one is allowed inside of our caskets until further notice for health and safety reasons. All caskets will be rented with a safety seal in place. If the safety seal is broken, then the client will need to keep the casket as a purchase.
If you are returning a rental via a shipping carrier, please add ATTN: Rental Return to the box. We will take all rental return boxes directly to the rental isolation room.

Our employee(s) wearing mask and gloves will drop off your product at the back gate for you to put inside your vehicle safely or pickup the product you dropped off to take into our facility safely.
All rental pickup and return notifications will be sent via email to the email address on the order.
