Life size, life cast male head with closed eyes and mouth. Wound in neck consistent with being strangled with a thin braided cord or rope. Can be made to represent either homicide, with the scars going straight across and not marking the back of the neck, or suicide where the scars curve up and can be scene on the back of the neck. Cast in high-strength, high-detail urethane rubber skin. Includes wig and eyebrows.
